George Brown is the founder and Principal of Alexis George Wines. A family-owned California Wine company, established in 2013. During his career in food and beverage, George has worked for some of the world’s great hotel brands and restaurants and is renowned for his passion for quality wines and food, and for his development and mentorship of people in leadership, and the wine and spirits industry. Along the way he has held a multitude of restaurant, beverage, and banquet management positions; as well as Regional Senior Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager positions in a multitude of great food and wine cities. He is also a sommelier.
