Honey Bubbles Sparkling Moscato sources only the best Muscat grapes from Asti and Veneto for a truly unique taste and style. A prolonged tank fermentation results in less residual sugar (half of most Moscato’s) and a higher alcohol by volume (double most Moscato’s) making Honey Bubbles a semi-sweet sparkling. The decline in the Honey Bee population poses a serious threat to numerous parts of our ecosystem. Combating this requires social awareness, funds for research, education and support for new bee colonies. Honey Bubbles donates a portion of the proceeds to combating Colony Collapse Disorder of Honey Bees.
