They practice biodynamic winemaking at the winery in the foothills of the Helderberg Mountains, the region is gorgeous. Jasper Raats heads the team and is passionate about organic viticulture. Along with his wife, Sally, also a winemaker, they produced many internationally-acclaimed wines. The philosophy of Longridge Wine Estate is clear and straightforward.
