Monfort is the fascinating story of a project developed since 1945 by three generations to produce quality that is inextricably linked with the local land, three generations with a special love for lightly sparkling wines. And indeed, the first Monfort label was actually a TRENTODOC. Today, Lorenzo Simoni and his family carry on their meticulous winemaking in one of the most characteristic settings in the old town center of Lavis: Palazzo Monfort, once the residence of the Counts of Melchiori.
