Domaine de la Quilla is a family winery located in Muscadet’s heartland of La Haie-Fouassière run by the Vinet brothers for the last twenty years, their father Gustave having established the estate in 1948.  Their philosophy is rooted in the quality of their soil, working alongside the rhythms of nature, they allow grass to grow between the vines. They also have a patient approach to winemaking, their cellar is equipped with glass-lined underground vats where wines are aged on fine lees for a minimum of eight months.
