Born in Pepe Raventós' garage, these wines give the character and personality of the most radical wines. Their wines are the result of plot vinification and experimentation with amphorae and cements, always without sulphites. In his most personal and introspective winemaking style Pepe Raventós, driven by the potential of the Clos del Serral plot, and pursuing his dream since his 2004 vintage with Didier Dagueneau, creates Mas del Serral. A unique sparkling wine that is closer to art than to consumption.
